DOCOMO PACIFIC sponsors the 20th Annual Red Ball

Tamuning, Guam (March 22, 2022) – DOCOMO PACIFIC, regional leader in innovation, telecommunications, & entertainment continues to support the American Red Cross Guam Chapter by sponsoring its annual gala.

The Red Ball is a signature fundraising event hosted by the American Red Cross that works to provide humanitarian aid to our community. DOCOMO PACIFIC supported this initiative by donating $6,000 to the organization.

For 20 years, the American Red Cross Guam Chapter has held this event to help fulfill their mission of preventing and alleviating human suffering in the face of emergencies. This year’s event, themed Red Ball Around the World, will be held over three nights from March 24-26, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency.

Though the events over the past two years have altered the way they provide services, the organization has been serving the community throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Its board, staff, and volunteers have been engaged in disaster relief operations and military family support, conducted lifesaving skills trainings and certifications, and supported the activities of the many frontliners in the fight against COVID-19. The proceeds from the Red Ball will aid in the continuation of these services and for more to come.
